Question: What should I wear to church?
Answer: Whatever you feel comfortable worshiping in! On any given Sunday, you might see someone in a sportcoat sitting near someone in shorts and flip flops. We understand that God doesn't care as much about what we look like on the outside as much as He does about who we are inside...
Question: What do you have for my kids?
Answer: We have Sunday School on Sunday mornings as well as a special children's sermon incorporated into the morning worship service. We also have a TeamKids on Wednesday nights that includes singing, games, and learning about the Bible. We occasionally have a children's choir that presents songs on Sunday mornings. For the younger kids, we have a nursery where experienced workers will take care of your child or baby while you enjoy learning, worshiping, and fellowshiping with other adults.
Question: What style of music do you have?
Answer: Sunday morning worship consists of instrumentalists and a choir led by our music minister. The style is blended. You can expect anything from contemporary worship songs to hymns.
Question: What do you have for teenagers?
Answer: Our youth ministry offers a modern worship time just for students on Wednesday nights. We also have Sunday School, Sunday Night Bible Studies, and lots of other events to help students grow in their faith. For more info on our student ministry, check out our Youth Ministry page.
Question: What are Home Bible Studies?
Answer: Some people are more comfortable meeting in a home than in a church building. Others may just want to spend time getting to know other adults. Whatever the case, we believe that great friendships can occur when we share our lives with other believers. Some homes may eat together at their Bible Studies. They will use current studies and may use some DVD-driven curriculum.
Question: What is Worship Connection?
Answer: Worship Connection is our laid-back, Saturday night worship time. We have a band that leads modern-style worship, like the kinds of songs you might hear on Christian radio, and we have a teaching time led by one of our pastors. Whether you work on Sundays, want something different than a regular church service, or are just looking for something to do on a Saturday night, we'd love to see you at the Worship Connection!
